Boroondara is home to a thriving volunteering community. You’re invited to help us celebrate National Volunteer Week and recognise the remarkable contribution volunteers make in our community!
Join us for our afternoon event on Thursday 23 May to say ‘thank you’ to local volunteers and find out the recipients of this year’s Boroondara Volunteer Awards.
At the event:
- Hear the Mayor of Boroondara provide a National Volunteer Day address.
- Enjoy a live music performance over afternoon tea.
- Hear the announcement of the Boroondara Volunteer Awards.
When: Thursday 23 May, 4 pm to 5:30 pm
Where: Chandelier Room, Hawthorn Arts Centre, 360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn
This is a free event but registration is essential.
