Looking for a friendly, supportive way to stay active and keep your body moving well? Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre Men’s Mat Pilates class is specifically designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, support your back and joints and maintain balance, all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
No prior Pilates experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active and looking to move better, the exercises can be easily adapted to suit your comfort level and ability.
Sessions focus on practical, functional movements that help with everyday activities. From reducing stiffness and aches, to improving posture, stability and confidence in movement.
Come along, meet other like-minded men and enjoy a supportive class where you can work at your own pace while investing in your long-term health and mobility.
