Support your health and wellbeing with a gentle yoga session, suitable for all abilities, at Hawthorn Leisure & Aquatic Centre this IDAHOBIT Day.
The session will be run by an experienced instructor who’s passionate about inclusivity and equality for LGBTQIA+ communities, and has delivered yoga at The Y for 20 years
This session is for those who identify as LGTBQIA+, their friends and allies.
The session will be followed by a free light lunch, where you'll be informed ongoing programming.
