Glen Iris Toastmasters provides a welcoming space for anyone looking to conquer the common fear of public speaking. Whether you are preparing for a professional presentation or simply want to find your voice in social settings, our club focuses on transforming nerves into confidence. We pride ourselves on a warm, supportive environment where every member is invested in each other's growth, ensuring that your first steps into public speaking are met with encouragement rather than judgment.

We invite members of the Boroondara community to join us as guests to experience a meeting firsthand. You are welcome to sit back and observe how we operate. Or if you feel inspired, you can participate in our impromptu speaking exercises. There is no pressure to perform; our goal is to provide a friendly, low-stakes atmosphere where you can meet new people and develop vital communication skills at your own pace.

We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at the Ashburton Library (enter through the back). Guests are welcome and no need to register. We're looking forward to see you.
