Celebrate Neighbourhood House Week with Alamein Neighbourhood and Learning

Join us for a week of activities, community events​ and hands-on workshops. It’s the perfect chance to learn something new and connect with others in the community.

What’s happening

• Wednesday 13 May – Big Community Day
  11 am – Free Circular Economy session with Rose from City of Boroondara
  12 pm – COOKS Challenge – bring leftover ingredients and watch our local cook create something special
  1 pm – Eat together and enjoy the shared meal
  2 pm – Composting info session

• Thursday 14 May – Men's Shed tour
  See inside the Community Shed and meet the volunteers.
  1 pm to 2 pm
  Free
• Friday 15 May - Special workshop
  Learn how to digitise and preserve old photos in a 2-hour workshop with Ed.
  1 pm to 3 pm
