Calming the storm is the first in a 5-part series on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
This free information session will be hosted by Tony Vallance, from Building Better Brains, for an overview on understanding:
Participants will build a foundational awareness of ADHD and its common co-occurring experiences, as Tony offers calming, practical insights for emotionally intense moments.
Recommended for parents and carers with children aged 4 to 12. Children and young people are also welcome to attend.
This session is delivered in partnership with Boroondara, Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges councils.
