2026-29 Triennial operational grant information sessions

Applications for our Triennial Operational Grant for 2026-2029 are now open and closes at 5 pm Monday 23 February 2026.

These grants provide operational funding to not-for-profit organisations to help them plan and deliver services, activities and events that strengthen the Boroondara community. 

We have updated our Community Grants Policy and Triennial Operational Grant Guidelines since the last grants round. 

To ensure you have the latest information when preparing your application, we encourage you to attend one of our final information session on Thursday 12 February.

You can attend either in-person or join us online. 

What you’ll learn:

• what’s new in the policy/guidelines for this round
• eligibility, assessment criteria and required documents
• tips for project budgets and supporting documentation
• key dates
• how to submit a strong application.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

If attending online, a meeting link will be sent 24 hours prior to the session.
