Activities for seniors

I run a laughter club session with warming up stretches, laughter yoga exercises and a meditation every Monday on Zoom from 7pm to 7.30pm to promote laughter for health, happiness, wellbeing and community bonding.

The club provides members (males and females) with the opportunity to compete in the game of lawn bowls at all competitive levels. It also provides social bowls and events to those that prefer the less competitive environment. Indoor Bias Carpet Bowls are played in the winter months. Booking required - please contact us to book. Enjoy lawn bowling in an attractive facility, free coaching provided. Play socially with friends, or competitively in Tuesday and Saturday pennant competitions. It is a fun and challenging activity for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. It's a great way to keep fit and healthy, and meet people.
