A fun, low impact dance workout that improves body strength and tone, especially core, buttocks, legs and arms. For all ages, shapes and levels of fitness.
Wednesdays 10 am - 11 am

BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, times may vary - see the Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre website for details. Ελληνική Λέσχη Ηλικιωμένων Boroondara Camberwell: Συναντιόμαστε εβδομαδιαία για μεσημεριανό γεύμα και για να γιορτάσουμε κοινωνικές και πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις. Διοργανώνουμε επίσης ομιλίες με προσκεκλημένους ομιλητές κι εκδρομές με λεωφορεία. We meet weekly for lunch and to celebrate social and cultural events. Cost: $5 per week, must be a member to attend ($15 annual membership). We also organise guest speakers and bus trips. Runs on Wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Learn to paint or draw plants in this specialized class. Our tutor, Marg has many years’ experience teaching botanical art. Suitable for art students with some experience.

Intermediate to advanced players, duplicate games, partners required. Runs on Wednesdays from 12 pm to 4 pm. Cost: $5 plus annual membership ($15).

At Camberwell Film Society (CFS) screenings, members share the viewing experience with fellow film enthusiasts, enjoying a wide range of films from local and overseas sources. Screenings are a social occasion and members are encouraged to take part in discussions before/after the film. CFS is a member of the Federation of Victorian Film Societies which promotes and co-ordinates the work of film groups and film festivals throughout Victoria.Third Wednesday of the month from February to November (second Wednesday in December).
