Skills and strategies develop over time, and the club offers four codes to suit social and competitive play. Games are available every day of the week. Try it out with 3 free training sessions. We supply all equipment and training needed. Flat-soled shoes required. After your 3 free sessions, there is a membership fee of $150 per year (our year begins in July - if you join later you will be charged pro rata) and a greens fee of $4 for each day of play. Deep Water Aqua Aerobics (outdoor pool) - Hawthorn Aquatic & Leisure Centre Days: Monday Location: Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, 1 Grace Street Hawthorn Deep Water Aqua Aerobics simulates land-based movements in deep water while free-floating or using buoyancy tools. This type of exercise removes stress put on the joints during load-bearing exercises. Hydro belts are often one of the tools worn in this class to suspend participants in the water while they complete a range of drills.
