Have you had your pool or spa safety barrier inspected recently? All pools and spas in Victoria must be inspected and a Certificate of Barrier Compliance lodged before the due date. Council is committed to ensuring safety barriers meet Victorian standards.
If your pool or spa was constructed on or before June 1994, you are required to lodge your Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance (Form 23) with Council by Wednesday 1 June 2022, unless advised otherwise in the registration letter issued by Council.
