Refunds and exchanges
Hawthorn Arts Centre and Kew Court House do not offer refunds, except in the unusual event that a show is cancelled.
Exchanges can only be made in exceptional circumstances and may incur an additional transaction fee. When purchasing online, please check your shopping cart carefully before finalising your payment.
