Community Arts Venue Grants

Our venues are full of exciting and accessible spaces that Boroondara-based artists and community members can apply to use free of charge (conditions apply).

If you have a creative project, performance season, exhibition, event, workshop or anything else your imagination desires, you may be eligible for in-kind support at Hawthorn Arts Centre or Kew Court House.

Applications open annually in ongoing rounds.

Boroondara Arts Partnerships Programs

Developing creative projects in the City of Boroondara by the community, for the community and with the community. Including Artist Residencies, mentorships, exhibitions, collaborations and performance opportunities.

Community Exhibitions at Town Hall Gallery

Town Hall Gallery is committed to supporting local artists and community groups to exhibit their work.

The Gallery’s Community Exhibition program allows groups and solo artists to exhibit within a professional arts context with the assistance and guidance of professional curators and the gallery team. Spanning close to 30 metres, this gallery space is for anyone living, working or studying in Boroondara.
