As part of International Women’s Day, we warmly welcome all women and gender-diverse people to enjoy an energising session of women’s pilates at Town Hall Gallery. You will be surrounded by the beautiful artworks on display while you are guided through a series of postures and movements that build rhythm, balance and strength.
Morning tea will be provided after the session so you can refuel for the day ahead.
Suitable for ages 16+. Beginners welcome. All equipment provided.
