Inspired by her own spiritual journey and drawing on her experiences as a First Nations woman in this day and age, her lyricism will take you on a journey of healing and empowerment. She strives to make music to heal hurting hearts, make the audience think and feel deeply and use her voice as a platform to shed light on hard topics.
Leo Whyman is fast becoming a favourite of the Australian music festival circuit with recent appearances at The Gathering: Winterfest (Tasmania), Brunswick Music Festival , Coburg Night Market, Share The Spirit at Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Yirramboi, as well as beloved venues around Naarm including The Retreat Hotel, Kindred Bandroom, Grace Darling Hotel, Brunswick Ballroom and Shotkickers, firmly placing her on a path to musical success.
