Monique diMattina
Monique diMattina is an acclaimed Australian pianist, composer and singer-songwriter whose work spans jazz, roots, pop and contemporary classical music. A Fulbright, Queen’s Trust and Australia Council award recipient, she has released multiple solo piano and vocal albums, composed for film and stage, and is known for her warm, virtuosic performances blending music and storytelling. She is also a Yamaha artist and teaches jazz at the VCA and Monash University.
Rebecca Barnard
Rebecca Barnard is one of Australia’s most distinctive and beloved vocalists, known for her rich, expressive voice and genre-spanning work across jazz, pop and rock. Best known as the frontwoman of 90s band Rebecca’s Empire, she has also built a celebrated solo career, drawing on influences from Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong to Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan. Her recent jazz album The Night We Called It A Day pays tribute to her deep musical roots.
