About Amendment C340boro

Council is proposing changes to planning controls affecting land at 13 Strathalbyn Street, Kew East. 

Amendment C340boro proposes to include the property at 13 Strathalbyn Street, Kew East in the Heritage Overlay on a permanent basis as part of the existing Harp Village Commercial Precinct (HO839) adjoining the property. The property is recognised as a contributory property to the precinct in the adopted Kew East and Mont Albert Heritage Gap Study.

Current status 

On 16 August 2021, the Minister for Planning approved Amendment C340boro to the Boroondara Planning Scheme. The amendment and revised planning controls came into effect on 17 September 2021.
