Electronic format is now the preferred method for submitting plans and supporting documents to Council.
Submitting documents electronically supports environmental sustainability and can help reduce the time it takes to process a Planning Permit application.
When you submit supporting documentation for a Planning Permit application electronically:
- Save all files in PDF format.
Make sure the PDF is not password-protected.
- Attach the files to an email message. Label all documents submitted by email so they can be clearly identified. Use the application number if applicable. Otherwise provide the property address and a description of the information submitted.
- Send the email and attachments to boro[email protected].
The total size of the email and attachments should not exceed 20MB.
If the total file size becomes too large to email, you can submit the files on a USB stick or a CD by post to Council Offices.
