Amendment C368boro proposed to apply a permanent Heritage Overlay to 32 Corby Street, Balwyn North. The amendment has now been abandoned by Council.
Amendment C390boro extended the interim Heritage Overlay affecting the property, until 28 February 2023. The interim control has now expired.

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Monday 27 February 2023 Council resolved to abandon Amendment C368boro.

In accordance with Section 28 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, we have written to the Minister for Planning to advise that Council has decided to abandon the amendment.
