We are proposing changes to planning controls affecting land at 32 Corby Street, Balwyn North to place a Heritage Overlay over the property on a permanent basis.
Amendment C357boro has applied the Heritage Overlay to the property on an interim basis, until 12 January 2023.
Current status (November 2022)
On 25 November 2022 Council received the report from the independent Planning Panel appointed to consider Amendments C367boro and C368boro. You can access a copy of the Panel report from the download section below.
Council officers are currently reviewing the Panel report and will prepare a report for consideration by Council’s Urban Planning Delegated Committee (UPDC). The report is likely to be considered by the UPDC in early 2023.
All submitters to the amendment as well as any affected and adjoining property owners and occupiers will have the opportunity to address the UPDC in support of their submission and any Council officer recommendations.
