Booking requests are answered during working hours Monday to Friday only. Requests may take up to 5 working days to process.

Facilities

Meeting room 1

  • Seating: 12 in meeting style or 20 in theatre style
  • Furniture and equipment: 4 tables, 20 chairs, whiteboard (bring your own whiteboard markers), noticeboard
  • Tea station: fridge, boiling water and chilled water tap, mugs, plates, glasses, teaspoons, serving platter, water jug, sink (bring your own dishwashing liquid and tea towels)
  • Self-service pack-up, set-up and catering during booking time only
  • Audiovisual equipment: Samsung digital television/monitor (connect using supplied VGA/HDMI cable)
  • Wireless internet (library membership required).

Meeting room 2

  • Seating: 14 in meeting style or 25 in theatre style
  • Furniture and equipment: 5 tables, 25 chairs, portable whiteboard (on request) (bring your own whiteboard markers)
  • Tea station: microwave, fridge, boiling water and chilled water tap, mugs, plates, glasses, teaspoons, serving platter, water jug, sink (bring your own dishwashing liquid and tea towels)
  • Self-service pack-up, set-up and catering during booking time only
  • Audiovisual equipment: data projector (connect using supplied VGA/HDMI cable), ceiling speakers
  • Wireless internet (library membership required).

Meeting rooms 1 and 2 combined

  • Seating: 26 in meeting style or 50 in theatre style
  • Furniture and equipment: 10 tables, 50 chairs, whiteboard (fixed) or portable (on request) (bring your own whiteboard markers), noticeboard
  • Tea station (2): fridge, boiling water and chilled water taps, mugs, plates, glasses, teaspoons, serving platters (2), water jugs (2), sinks (bring your own dishwashing liquid and tea towels)
