Nicole Hayes is an award-winning author for young people, and co-author of AFL junior series, Little Legends and A Footy Girl’s Guide to the Stars. Awards include the Children’s Peace Literature Award, and CBCA Notable books, among others. She teaches creative writing at Deakin University and is a founding member of the groundbreaking, all-female AFL podcast, The Outer Sanctum.
