Do you feel over stimulated by addictive technologies? Is your phone rarely out of your hand?
We know how we feel when we have lost hours to tech-based distraction, but could it also be draining us of the energy to live with clarity and focus?
Instead of sinking into a habitual love of ease and distraction, now is the time to take back control of our mind.
On this course, we will:
- learn to set up a daily meditation practice for a happy life
- learn to develop stable self-esteem
- understand how to energize and uplift the mind and find direction in life.
Drop in any week, no need to book.
No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome.
