Pack your gumboots and become a scientist for the day! Children will discover how water has been around since the days of the dinosaurs, and how important it is for the survival of all living things.
Guided by an expert educator at CERES Community Environment Park, children will:
- get their bodies moving with the water cycle theatre show!
- check out the water health of the CERES Dam by netting for water bugs.
- explore the local waterway, the Merri Merri Creek.
This workshop is aimed at children aged 9 to 13 years.
Each child must have an adult guardian present throughout the workshop and any breaks (maximum one guardian per child).
CERES is following government COVID-19 directions and recommendations for each of their services and may require evidence of vaccination to be provided where required.
