04/25/2019 5:45am 04/25/2019 7:00am Surrey Hills ANZAC Day Dawn Service The Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre in partnership with the Surrey Hills Progress Association and the Rotary Club of Mont Albert and Surrey Hills is pleased to announce the 2019 ANZAC Day Dawn Service that will take place at the Surrey Gardens at 5.45am arrival for a 6am start on 25 April.  This community service will include: Guest speaker Rohan Hodges, Boroondara Young Citizen of the Year Benjamin Sametz performing ‘The Last Post’ and ‘Reveille’ Poetry reading by Nicole Osner, President of the Rotary Club of Mont Albert and Surrey Hills Performance by Hannah Dahlenburg, soprano Mel Constable reading ‘The Ode’ Students from Surrey Hills Primary School, Chatham Primary School, Our Holy Redeemer School and Ashwood School, giving readings Australian Defence force Catafalque party Wreath laying Refreshments at the conclusion of the service.
