This workshop will be comprised of three 30-minute guided practical sessions presented by Neami National run as one 1.5 hour long workshop: Session 1: Mindful breathing techniques, practising with kindness, ways to practise mindfulness throughout the week. Session 2: Benefits of compassion and mindfulness, what makes it so hard to be in the present moment, compassionate body scan.
