This is an online Webex event. You do not need to have a Webex account to attend an online session. How to use Webex On your computer using a web browser (nothing to install) Click on the Join Event link in the event confirmation email you received after registering. Enter your name and email address. The Event Password should automatically be filled in for you. If not, it is in your event confirmation email. Instead of clicking Join Now, select the option below, ‘Join by browser NEW!’ On your computer using Webex App (first time) Click on the Join Event link in the event confirmation email you received after registering. Enter your name and email address. The Event Password should automatically be filled in for you. If not, it is in your event confirmation email. Click ‘Join Now’ and you will be prompted to download and install Webex. On your computer using Webex App (with Webex Meetings installed) Open Webex Meetings and Tap Join Meeting. Enter Event number or the link from the event confirmation email sent to you after registering. Enter your name and email address. Enter the Event Password from your event confirmation email. On your tablet or smartphone Download the Cisco Webex Meetings app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to the workshop. Tap Join Meeting. Enter Event number or the link from the event confirmation email sent to you after registering. Enter your name and email address. Enter the Event Password from your event confirmation email. Tap Join in the top right corner of your screen. How to use Webex

On your computer using a web browser (nothing to install)

  1. Click on the Join Event link in the event confirmation email you received after registering.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. The Event Password should automatically be filled in for you. If not, it is in your event confirmation email.
  4. Instead of clicking Join Now, select the option below, ‘Join by browser NEW!
