This stage of life can be liberating and empowering but also difficult to navigate for some women. This transitional phase can benefit by considering mood, wellbeing and overall quality of life. Join us for gentle chair-based yoga from 6:45 pm. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothes. This will be followed by an information session at 7:30 pm where psychologist Katie Fletcher and clinical psychologist Dr Jen Stargatt cover: the impact of perimenopause and menopause on your mental health looking after your mental health through perimenopause and menopause  how to access supports in the community. All welcome! This is an all inclusive event for the whole community to learn how to support friends and family going through menopause. This session is delivered in partnership with the YMCA and Access Health and Community. About the speakers Katie Fletcher and Dr Jen Stargatt are psychologists at Access Health and Community in Hawthorn, with a passion for supporting wellbeing and the quality of life of the community.
