Join us for a cosy bedtime viewing of this year’s Dreaming stories from the First Nations run organisation Common Ground. Every year Common Ground visit one of the more than 250 First Nations language groups across Australia and record several short films of the local community sharing some of their Dreaming stories. A unique opportunity to learn and connect with the oldest living culture on earth.
The event will run for about 30 minutes and will include viewing of multiple Dreaming stories as well as a simple activity that children may complete during the event or take home. We will be replicating the event across many of our branches during the week to reach as many families as possible.
Please note: while the films are intended to be viewed by children of all ages there may be some content that is uncomfortable for some.
