Frogs play an important role in the waterway ecosystem and are easily affected by changes to their environment. Join us for this fun evening to: walk and talk with James Frazer from Melbourne Water, learn about what Melbourne Water is doing to help protect our local frogs, and find out how you can help monitor our frogs to help them survive. see the Animals of Oz live frog display and learn about our local species, their needs, and threats to their survival. join the kids book reading of The Girl Who Saved The Frogs with author Kelli Mrocki, and participate in a fun water experiment! Remember to: bring a torch as it will be getting dark wear shoes appropriate for walking around the Billabong, and bring a raincoat if necessary. This event is part of the Living for our Future program designed to support the community to live in a more environmentally sustainable way.
