Hosted by the Department of Education and Training - Koorie Engagement Unit, this training aims to increase the understanding of Koorie culture, history and experience to ensure a strong foundation for culturally inclusive practices. Training also aligns with the Framework for Improving Student Outcomes, including the state wide priority positive climate for learning.  Topics covered and learning objectives include:       Welcome to Country/Acknowledgement of Country introduction and icebreaker activity local community today inclusion and reflective practice Aboriginal perspectives in the Victorian curriculum.
