Urgent business 10.Confidential business     10.1 Support Services     Minutes Minutes   NOTE - With respect to Council Officer Report titled 10.1 Support Services, Council resolved to make the following resolution publicly available: 10    Confidential business         10.1    Support Services That Council resolve: To cease delivery of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) effective 30 April 2019. To authorise the Chief Executive Officer to write to the Department of Health and Human Services giving notice of Council’s intention to terminate the contract for the delivery of HACC-PYP effective 30 April 2019. To work closely with the new provider appointed by the Department of Health and Human Services to ensure the support needs of clients are maintained during the transition period up and until 30 April 2019. To inform clients of Council’s HACC-PYP program of Council’s decision as outlined in Point 1 of the Officers’ recommendation commencing from 24 July 2018. NOTE - With respect to Council Officer Report titled 10.1 Support Services, Council resolved to make the following resolution publicly available:

That Council resolve:

  1. To cease delivery of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) effective 30 April 2019.
