The classes are self-contained, so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments. At the Power to be Happy, give yourself the power to be happy in 2019. Learn methods for awakening your potential, overcome relationship problems and experience a joyful life. Class dates are February 6, 13, 20, and 27. At Breaking Bad Habits, learn to let go of the negative, limiting thought patterns that underlie our bad habits, and enjoy the peace of true contentment. Class dates are March 6, 13, 20, and 27 At Love Without Pain, learn to distinguish between love and attachment, and start to enjoy stable and fulfilling relationships. Class dates are April 3, 10, 24, and May 1. At Limitless, discover special ways of thinking that allow you to connect with your limitless potential for peace, happiness and wisdom. Class dates are May 8, 15, 22, and 29. No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
