Event details
Through real life exploration and activities, children will discover the basic needs of some of our local wildlife – food, water, shelter.
Delivered by an expert educator at CERES Community Environment Park, children will:
- identify, collect, and build a suitable place for local wildlife to live
- build a mini insect hotel to take home to increase habitat and biodiversity in your garden.
This workshop is aimed at children aged 3 to 5 years.
Each child must have an adult guardian present throughout the workshop and any breaks (maximum one guardian per child).
CERES is following government COVID-19 directions and recommendations for each of their services and may require evidence of vaccination to be provided where required.
