Personal alarms provide daily monitoring and support for people who live in their own home and are frail, have a disability, are at risk of falls or are vulnerable in some other way.

You may be eligible for a Victorian Government funded alarm if you live alone and have limited access to informal support and monitoring.

We do not install personal alarms, but we can assess your personal situation to find out if you are eligible to receive a funded alarm through the Personal Alert Victoria (PAV) Program or refer you to a private alarm service.

MePACS is the personal alarm service provider appointed through the PAV program. They provide 24/7 monitoring and rapid emergency response services. If you are eligible, MePACS will organise to install your personal alarm.

You can learn about the range of personal alarms available on the MePACS website.
