Service disruptions 

Some Council services are currently impacted due to our employees being exposed to COVID-19 as the Omicron variant spreads rapidly across Victoria.

We are working hard to minimise disruptions and to ensure we can keep delivering important services for you.

We will provide updates as they become available.

COVID-19 vaccine requirements

All visitors to our facilities aged 18 years or over must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

This is in line with directions from the Victorian Chief Health Officer and to protect our staff and community from COVID-19.

You may be asked to provide evidence of your vaccination or a medical exemption to a COVID marshal.

We accept the following types of evidence:

  • COVID-19 digital certificate via the Services Victoria app
  • COVID-19 digital certificate saved to your smartphone
  • printed copy of COVID-19 digital certificate and photo ID
  • printed copy of immunisation history statement and photo ID
  • medical exemption letter (on your phone or printed) and photo ID.
