The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C263 (Part 1) to the Boroondara Planning Scheme. The Amendment came into operation on the date that notice of approval was published in the Victoria Government Gazette (12 July 2018).
The amendment introduced the Heritage Overlay on a permanent basis to 3 Wilson Street, Surrey Hills (HO743), 15 Victor Avenue, Kew (HO745) and 70 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn (HO744). The amendment also deleted the Heritage Overlay applying on an interim basis from 70 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn (HO664).
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website and free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Boroondara City Council, 8 Inglesby Road, Camberwell.
