Boroondara shopping centres are holding family friendly Halloween activities on Tuesday 31 October. Put on your costume and wander down to your local neighbourhood shopping centre for a wickedly fun trick or treat.

Glenferrie Hawthorn

4 - 6pm

Trick or treat, treasure hunt, haunted laneway, roaming ghouls, and free professional photo. Wear your best costume for a chance to win a $50 voucher to be spent in any Glenferrie Road Hawthorn business. Stay after the trick or treat and enjoy a great meal at one of the many eateries.

Celebrate Halloween early on Friday 27 October with an overnight movie marathon at Lido Cinema.

Burwood Village Halloween Street Party

4 - 7pm

Candy collection, children’s activities, haunted tunnel, kids costume parade, Instagram photo competition, princess and super hero characters and family dinner offers.

7.30pm

Outdoor movie - Ghostbusters (original version, rated PG and recommended for 10+ years)

Halloween at Greythorn Central

4 - 8pm

Come and enjoy lolly give-aways, prizes, rides, face-painting and a bevy of promotional specials. Grab a sausage-sizzle snag or home-made cake from one of the pop-up stalls, or take a snap with one of your ‘fiendish’ friends at the photo booth. There will be craft stalls too!

Trick or Treating at Kew Junction

There will be family-friendly in store trick or treating all day at participating stores. From 3.30pm to 5.30pm, spooky (and not so spooky) characters will be roaming the streets throughout the junction to entertain the kids.
