We are pleased to announce that applications for the next round of Triennial Operational Grants funding are now open.
These grants are part of Council’s Community Strengthening Grants program. Not-for-profit community organisations and trader associations are encouraged to apply for Triennial Operational Grants under 1 of 4 streams:
- Creative Community: available to community organisations to engage Boroondara residents in arts and cultural experiences.
- Sustainable Community: available to community organisations to foster sustainable living and a healthy natural environment in Boroondara.
- Healthy Community: available to community organisations to support programs that promote safety, good health and wellbeing of individuals, families and community groups from all ages, abilities and cultural backgrounds.
- Vibrant Retail Precincts: available to trader associations to support the delivery of community-based events, festivals and initiatives that increase the vibrancy and functionality of Boroondara retail precincts.

Remember, to ensure your application has the best chance at success, you must discuss your project idea with Council’s Community Development Officer (Grants and Partnerships) on 9278 4753 or by emailing [email protected] prior to submitting.
Applications close Sunday 23 February 2020.
