We need your help to design our web and mobile service over the next two months.
Council is undertaking the Boroondara Customer First Program to ensure that dealing with City of Boroondara is a trusted, consistent and respected experience. Phase one is focusing on making Council systems and processes fit-for-purpose and working with our community so our digital transformation meets their expectations into the future.
The guiding principles of this transformation will ensure our transactions and information are:
- designed with our customers’ needs and preferences in mind
- available online, mobile-ready, easy to use and accessible
- value for money
- implemented so public data is more openly available, where appropriate.
The development of a new digital services platform will enable us to significantly expand on the services we offer online from 2017. The best way for us to design online services is to involve the residents, businesses and visitors who will use them.
With that in mind, we want to invite all those with an interest in how services are delivered in Boroondara to contribute through an online or face-to-face activity between April and July this year.
Help shape the features on the website that would provide most value to you, refine the structure to make information easier to find, and develop designs for new tools and online services that are easier and more convenient to access and use.
