Our website may be the first place you look for information about more than 150 Council services.

Over the past year, customers have used our digital forms to access services more than 105,000 times.

We also heard in the latest statewide Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey that our customer service ratings are highest among residents who use our website. The survey results place the City of Boroondara among the top-performing councils in Victoria.

As part of our ‘Transforming Boroondara’ program, we’re regularly improving our digital services and information. Our efforts are backed by analytics, evidence-based research, conversations and testing with customers.

  • You can use our new interactive maps to find significant trees near you, find out if your property is in the Heritage Overlay, and check your street sweeping days.   • Using our forms, you can access more than 30 services online.
  • You’ll find a 2-question survey at the bottom of most website pages asking for your feedback on our website. We read your comments every week and what you tell us gives our team valuable information about how we can make your experience better.
