Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre
With an indoor and an outdoor 25-metre pool and two spas, there is no shortage of recreational choices at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre. Ashburton is home to a popular toddler pool, which is perfect to help build young children’s confidence around the water.
Boroondara Sports Complex
There are 3 pools at Boroondara Sports Complex for members and non-members to enjoy, including a dive pool – the only pool of its kind in Boroondara. The dive pool is open from now until the end of March. It features a 1m and a 3m springboard, as well as a 5m diving tower for the thrill seekers.
Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre
Hawthorn’s outdoor 50-metre pool is open 7 days a week. The pool is perfect for lap swimming, with 9 full-sized lanes. Patrons can also enjoy using the lounge chairs located around the pool to relax and enjoy the summer sun.
Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Centres – Summer of Fun
From now until Tuesday 31 March 2020, Boroondara leisure and aquatic facilities invite you to enjoy fun activities for the whole family including inflatables, barbecues and entertainment. Visit Boroondara Leisure Facilities for up-to-date event information or call 9278 4797.
Kew Recreation Centre
Offering a great pool for kids over the age of 5 who are confident in the water. Open 7 days a week throughout the summer holidays, a visit to Kew Recreation Centre will make for a perfect school holiday outing for the whole family.
While you are there, find out what the plans are for the Kew Recreation Centre redevelopment, with construction due to begin mid-2020.
