An evening of visible mending – Sashiko style

Join us for a relaxing evening of sewing with Gaye Naismith from the Gaye Abandon School of Sewing and Upcycling.

In this hands-on workshop, Gaye will talk you through the Sashiko stitching technique – a decorative hand sewing style that originated in ancient Japan.

Come along to this friendly community event and practice creative stitching approaches to bring your old favourites back to life.
