Each year Victorian councils are required to assess customer satisfaction with a range of services. 

In February 2017, 500 interviews were conducted among a representative sample of Boroondara residents.

We appreciate the time taken by the community members who participated in the survey.

We will receive the report in June 2017 and release details the details on our Community Satisfaction Survey page.
