Corporate Services is made up of the following departments:
Boroondara Customer First (BC1)
This organisation-wide project is about putting our customers at the centre of everything we do. It is focused on ensuring our people, processes and technology enable customers to transact with us whenever they like, from wherever they like, using any device.
This department develops, supports and maintains technology and communications systems across Council. It includes corporate information and archival services.
This department advises on legal and regulatory matters, monitors and reports legislative changes and impacts for Council operations, and provides training programs in legal issues for Council officers.
