Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr Phillip Storer holds qualifications in town planning and was Boroondara's first Director of Infrastructure.
Following five years in that role Mr Storer returned to his roots and became the Director of City Planning.
Mr Storer has advised Council on a number of challenging projects including Camberwell Railway Station, Toroonga Village Redevelopment, Camberwell Structure Plan and master plans for the City's parks and gardens.
