The City of Boroondara provides a full range of building permit and inspection services.
Building Services provides statutory building services and advice on the interpretation of the Building Act and Building Regulations and on the technical provisions of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
City of Boroondara offers a building permit service, both within and outside our municipality. When you lodge your building permit application with us you will get the benefit of local knowledge and a full permit and inspection service.
Please note: From 1 July 2011 the Building Commission has increased statutory fees as below:

Report & Consent, under Parts 4, 5, 8 and 604(4) $227.25
Property Information, under Regs 326(1), 326(2) or 326 (3) $45.35
Section 30 Lodgement Fee for Building Permits $34.00
