Social support programs

There are community-based activities to join for everyone, and other programs specifically for men.

These programs enhance your health and wellbeing, strengthen friendships and reduce isolation and loneliness.

Come and try health promotion day

Come to Boroondara Sports Complex on Friday 28 May to hear about and participate in many exciting and health options for older adults.

There will be table talks and demonstrations of quiet and active exercise, such as tai chi and lifeball, and information about activities throughout the City of Boroondara.

Throughout the year

We can visit you to provide information about the different programs available.

These programs allow you to learn new skills, share your life experiences and keep you in touch with the community. We will help you join the program you have chosen and assist in planning transport.
