Social support programs
These programs enhance your health and wellbeing, strengthen friendships and reduce isolation and loneliness.
Come and try health promotion day
Come to Boroondara Sports Complex on Friday 28 May to hear about and participate in many exciting and health options for older adults.
There will be table talks and demonstrations of quiet and active exercise, such as tai chi and lifeball, and information about activities throughout the City of Boroondara.
