Respite care

This service can give you or your carer a break from the caring role.

It also provides an opportunity for the person being cared for to have a break, or an outing without their usual carer.

Respite care can be provided in the home or in the community.

Activities can include:

  • personal care tasks
  • socialisation
  • leisure activities.
