Property maintenance
We can help you with small repairs to make your home and surroundings safe.
If you need small repairs to your home the Property Maintenance team may be able to help.
The tasks we can do include:
- home modifications to help with access (for example, rails and ramps)
- changing light globes
- replacing tap washers
- replacing batteries in smoke alarms
- fixing doors and windows including locks
- pruning plants where there are safety concerns.
The tasks we cannot do include:
- gardening
- lawn mowing
- activities requiring a registered tradesperson.
